I am writing to you to complain about a problem I have with . On I purchased a $ gift card with the logo for my granddaughter as a Christmas gift. She has not been able to use the card because when scanned, there is no value on the card. I believe that the bank failed to activate the card and to load it with the $ I paid. Enclosed is a copy of my receipt for the purchase of this card.
Since last , I have visited the bank with the card on at least occasions. Several times I was told that I must have used it and that I am trying to cheat the bank. On other occasions I have been told that the bank made a mistake and that it would restore the value of the card after it investigates. Now it is months later and the card is still not working.
Please resolve this problem immediately. Tell the bank to refund the money or load the card with the correct value.
