I am required to use your pharmacy service by my insurance company. The quality of care is very poor.
As a , and I need to have a constant supply of my and other medications. You have lost my orders or denied that I requested the prescriptions. I am often required to place the same order two or three times before it is sent. Many times I have run out of medication because of your mistakes. Then I am required to fill the prescriptions at a local pharmacy at a much higher rate. I am enclosing those higher rate prescriptions for reimbursement.
The prescriptions have been short of pills prescribed. My most recent order of contained pills instead of the that were ordered and charged to my account.
If this service does not improve, I shall complain to the state and federal authorities. I have already complained to my insurance carrier.
