Once again I am writing to insist that you return $ for an unauthorized debit deducted from my account on . You have declined to restore this sum to my account because I allegedly gave the PIN number or card to someone known to me. This is patently false.
At no time have I shared my PIN number or a card with anyone. It is more likely that a waiter at a restaurant copied my number, or a clerk at a store where I used my debit card memorized my PIN as I punched it in. This is my last demand for restoration of the account. The next step is for me to file a formal complaint with the Office of the Comptroller of the Currency.
I want to resolve this amicably, but will not hesitate to take further action if necessary.
