I am writing to express my disappointment with the long time it took your service department to repair my car. It was damaged in a car accident. The parts were not available for over six weeks. The mechanics were not familiar with the car, even though I purchased it at your dealership. If you sell these wonderful hybrid cars, you should be able to service them.
I cannot recommend you to my friends if this is the kind of service you provided.
